To Touch. To Teach. To Transcend.
My teams see the promise of a healthier tomorrow in the people we are called to serve. Through our work, we equip individuals with the agency to make the best healthcare decisions they can. When we touch the core emotional realities of our audiences, we meet them where they are and honor the constellation of experiences that make up their lives.

Storytelling—our most ancient and effective conduit for human connection—is at the center of all we do. We turn insight into inspiration, using practical and functional benefits in service of emotional differentiation. We measure success not just by KPIs or awards, but by the change we create with our craft. Through story, we teach people to reshape their relationship with their health and with themselves.

Health impacts every facet of the human experience, both individually and collectively. We desire to do well so we can be well. We believe that great healthcare communication restores power to the people. By keeping humanity at the core of our work, we can transcend beyond data to build trust, dismantle barriers, and inspire action.
To Lead Is To Serve
I believe in the transformative power of servant leadership. My role is to help the Creatives in my group do their best work and develop in ways that are meaningful to them. It starts by setting standards — a framework for them to find their fire. As such, Creatives on my team are taught to embody the following characteristics:

-
Drive: The most important thing. We can teach someone almost anything, but we can't teach them to care about the work. You must develop what drives you.

-
Couragiosity: Be brave, be curious, be a boundary pusher. Ask how we're achieving the objective. Ask if we've pushed far enough. Venture into ideas and opportunities we haven't explored before. Always learn something new.
-
Honesty: Be bold and admit you don't know something or are struggling. Let's find a solution together.

-
Commitment: Once we commit to the work, we must honor our obligation (barring exceptional circumstances)

-
Humility: The work we do is hard and the ability to accept feedback is critical. Take feedback seriously, but not personally
